Cooking Instructions - General. Our omega 3 fish fingers are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Grill - From Frozen. Medium heat 12 mins

Pre-heat the grill pan. Remove all packaging.
Cook on the base of the grill pan for 12 mins. Turn once halfway through cooking.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, 14 mins
Pre-heat the oven & baking tray. Remove all packaging.
Cook in the middle of the oven on the baking tray for 14 mins. Turn once halfway through cooking.
