Disappointed

Bought this wine (2020 vintage) & had high expectations for this thinking I couldnt go wrong with a Sauvignon or New Zealand wine but oh how wrong it was! Even being nicely chilled, it tastes horrible & left an even worse after taste. Ive had cheaper wines that taste much better than this so am disappointed that this is now a wasted bottle. Definitely wont be buying again!

Interesting

Very interesting Marlborough. Instead of typical apple as dominant note, the gooseberry is more pronounced. Then as expected some tropical fruit notes. Not massively complex, but smooth and fragrant. For the price it's a great find.
