This wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Each blend is worked on together through repeated bench-blending to produce a wine with the best possible balance, depth and harmony.

Love Workshop wines especially the Merlot so when I saw a rose with a decent abv thought I would give it a try, turns out abv is 12.5% and not the 14% as stated in product description.
