More about this product;

Our Signature Soave Classico's a real beauty-o. The fruits are picked from the vineyards in the oldest part of Verona, and as you know, with age comes excellence. Generations have enjoyed Soave from this area, so who are we to argue? Before you take a mouthful, take a sniff because Soave's fabulously floral aromas give you a promise of what's to come. So fragrant and fresh, the crisp apple flavours are a great match for spaghetti with prawns and mussels tossed through and dressed with a glug of olive oil. If you prefer something naughty and creamy, then try a glass with a bowl of risotto with plenty of parmesan scattered over the top. This is a great wine to linger over, so enjoy it the Italian way - over a long lunch.

not signature quality

Almost tasteless and low in alcohol. Surprised that Mr Morrison thinks this is signature quality.

I really enjoyed this wine.

I had this wine as part of the Morrisons meal deal. The deal I had was very satisfactory. I enjoyed everything. This wine was to my own personal taste. Delicious . Not sweet, the right side of dry for me. Good quality. Every bodies taste in wine differs, but I would buy again.

Number two of my top five whites

This is one of my current favourite whites and I find it's very hard to choose between this and another of Morrisons Signature whites as I find they have only a slightly different flavour. Having said that, I really like having a choice between this and the others I buy because, although the flavours can be very similar... light, citrusy and hints melon... I find this one to be fresh and crisp whereas the others I like are more creamy. I don't like this to be over-chilled as it has too many subtleties to spoil by serving it too cold. . I enjoy this Soave with a meal most of all but we are all very happy to enjoy this at any time. I find this a treat that can all too easily lend itself to needing a refill or two, and friends have told me it makes a very nice long drink with ice and soda or lemonade, especially if you are buying for those who would normally prefer a sweet, bubbly style as opposed to those who enjoy it served the traditional way.
