dry and boring without any of the flavour or specialises of more artisan breads
Not for me, very dry.
I had high hopes for this loaf, looks the part but I was let down on texture, taste was OK but not worth the extra money... All the nice bread has been discontinued so the search continues.
I had a sandwich with this bread a couple of days after the best before date and it was fine. It's nice and tasty and a good shape for an interesting sandwich cut in half. It's also nice toasted. So all in all it's worth getting as it did stay fresh enough for me.
not worth the extra money
in search of a great loaf after Morrisons crazily decided to stop selling their unsliced loaves I stumbled across this Warburton's bread. unfortunately it doesn't live up to the price and fancy packaging. the slices are too thin and the bread is quite dry. certainly not worth £1.70
Bought this to replace the morrisons own spelt and rye, which for some reason they have stopped doing. Really like it, very nice toasted, soft lovely taste and not too seedy. Will buy again.
good fresh bread
tastes really nice and doesnt make me bloated like only wheat bread does
