Cook
- In a pan, heat a dash of oil and add your chicken breasts. Cover and turn to a low heat until the chicken is cooked through
- Place the noodles in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to cook, then drain and divide between two bowls
- In a separate bowl, measure 400ml of boiling water, add the chicken stock and stir. Pour this over the noodles
- Once cooked, carve the chicken at a 45 degree angle, then fan out on top of the noodles
- Drizzle with chilli oil, and garnish with seasonal greens, spring onions and sesame seed
