Grown in the Languedoc for 2500 years, this is the original grape variety for white wines in the region. Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the freshness. Pneumatic press. Racking occurs at 8°C for 24 hours and is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks
