do not take on empty tum!
It Is on the instructions to take these with a main meal,do not ignore this as these make me nearly throw up even with my breakfast and I have not got a weak stomach. otherwise I have not noticed much difference for taking them but my nails are definitely stronger:)
I feel better
I had a few dizzy spells which my Doctor wasn't concerned about but which did affect me. I have a varied diet but thought vitamins might help. I noticed a difference within days. I never thought I would take supplements but I would recommend these.
