The vinegar is for preserving it naturally. when I scoop it out, I do so with a fork, so as to not get any vinegar in my dish, and like this is works perfectly. The mistake people are making it using a spoon which scoops up the vinegar. I only do that if I have accidently over sweetened a dish to balance it out with some extra acidity.
Awful. Just tastes like vinegar.
garlic is over powered by vinegar and leaves a horrible taste
Not the best
Garlic in vinegar is not a good idea. Vinegar overpowers the garlic. The garlic stays solid when cooking.
Not good !!
There's hardly and garlicky flavour. It's overtaken by the white wine vinegar. Ended up throwing it away.
