Store me in the fridge for freshness but for the very best flavour, bring to room temperature for a few hours before eating. Got some left over? Tomatoes can be frozen – cooked or uncooked – then added to sauces, soups, casseroles and pasta dishes. Wash before use.
got them in flash sales, arrived looking nothing like the picture, we had more yet smaller ones, and definitely purple hence the name... and unfortunately the majority had been squashed!
