Fish Tacos

If you want to expand your Mexican food repertoire, outside of "fajitas" and "chili con carne" (neither of which are actually Mexican), I highly suggest making fish tacos. Tilapia works a treat. Either make the authentic beer batter version or dust the fillets in flour and Cajun spices before frying. Warm a flour tortilla, add the fried fish, homemade salsa, soured cream, and shredded cabbage. Tastes great on a hot day.

Worth a try.

Not bad fish. Cooks nicely and retains it's structure. I cooked them in a cooking-foil parcel with the top open, with a little butter and seasoning.
