Cooking Guidelines
Air Fry - From Chilled. Remove the sausages from the pack. Place in the air fryer compartment and cook on the air fry setting at 180°C for approx. 12 mins. Turn the sausages halfway through the cooking time.; Barbecue - From Chilled. Remove the sausages from the pack, lightly coat the sausages in cooking oil then barbeque over a medium heat, turning frequently.; Cooking Instructions - General. Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.
This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions.
Always ensure that the centre of the sausages are piping hot before serving. As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove the sausages from the pack, place sausages onto a suitable tray and cook under the grill (do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 14-18 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan assisted ovens)/ Gas mark 5. Remove the sausages from the pack and lightly coat with cooking oil. Place onto a suitable baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in a frying pan to medium heat. Remove the sausages from the pack and fry for 12-14 minutes, turning several times. Lower the heat if required while cooking.
