Quick & Easy
This is quick and easy to make and really delicious - the only reason its not 5* for me is that the nutmeg could do with toning down a little.
beautiful, easy meal
After a 12hr work day, the last thing you want is a long meal prep and cook time. This is perfect! Tasty, creamy, and done in just 15 mins, start to finish. I added a touch of brandy to the recipe, a swirl of double cream when served, and even a notoriously hard to please mother in law couldnt find fault! She actually believed Id taken a day off and spent hours in the kitchen preparing for her arrival. A very smug thumbs up from this busy household!
Tried this for first time, was lovely, really nice, wanted something different and it was nice
I know this is lazy cooking but it so easy and more importantly its soooo tasty. I got some pork mince on a flash sale and didnt know what to do with it. The ingredient list says to add cream but I didnt and it was still good.
