Cleaning Instruction:
To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak)

Instructions for Use:
- Your shoes' current insoles are probably removable - Take Them Out First
- Place insoles into shoe to test for size
- If needed, trim along the line (on bottom of insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size or use the original insoles as a guide.
- Insert Scholl GelActiv™ insoles with Gel side Down.
- Replace the insoles every six months or when showing signs of wear.
