Sensational Tomato Salsa.
Get ready to tingle!
1 Skin and de-seed 4 large tomatoes and chop into small pieces.
2 Add 1/2 de-seeded, finely chopped green chilli (the fat ones, not the small fiery ones), 1/2 finely chopped red onion, the juice of 1 lime, a handful of chopped fresh coriander, salt and black pepper.
3 Mix it all together, cover and leave for an hour. For an extra fiery kick, add a few drops of your favourite hot sauce.
Serve with your Three Cheese Thins for a tangy, marvellously moreish starter or dip.

Not as Advertised
Whilst the flatbread is of high quality and tastes great the weight is wrongly advertised. These were not on offer so I paid £2.00 for what I thought would be 250g in fact the pack weight is 125g the same weight as others in the range selling for £1.00. Get your facts right as Im sure others have been misled.
Not for me
I love ryvita so had to try these but was very disappointed. I found them very dry and pretty tasteless even when I tried them with a dip of my choice. Didn't taste like ryvita's either so it's a no from me.
Really good
Never did I believe I would say I'm hooked on Ryvita! But these little marvels are nothing like the traditional Ryvita. These are extra thin and crispy and have a great hit of cheese flavour. Lovely with a nice dip like Morrisons spicy bean dip, or red pepper houmous. When low calorie things are this tasty it's not such a chore being on a diet. And if you're not on a diet you can still appreciate these as a tasty snack.
