lost its quality freshness softness
used to be well nice alongside warburtons. but last couple years they are using a cheaper wheat. bread is less softer now more like kingsmill. not recommended

lovely and soft
i received this as a substitute a while ago, id never heard of the brand back then, but it is lovely and fresh, so soft, i tend to buy it now a lot of the time

I absolutely love this bread but lately it comes squashed as the bags are constantly over-filled during delivery.

Best bread Ive had
I was recommended Roberts by a friend,and I have never bought any other brand since,stays fresher than any other bread,freezes great and doesnt go wet like some others,wouldnt change brands now,my only slight complaint is that its 15p dearer than another well known supermarket
