Disgusting after taste
Would never have again!
LOVE this stuff
So versatile, you can do so much with it. Like so many other vegetarian alternatives, it just needs a bit of a nudge with the right seasoning. It does absorb a lot of liquid when cooking, but otherwise great stuff
Dreadful after taste
Have gone back to Morrisons own vege mince which less healthy...but Quorn mince has dreadful after taste with whatever you put with it. Never buying again. Threw most away. Yuck!
what an improvement
Its been an age since I used Quorn Mince and the changes made to recipe since last usage are many... great price size and texture and so versatile... as always the secret with quorn is still make today and eat tomorrow or the day after so the flavour gets into it... great product and will be in my weekly shop.
Being a student I practically live off this stuff and I prefer this way more than regular mince meat. Lovely texture and taste. Seriously fantastic!!
Not a nice flavour
The manufacturer ought to work on the flavour of this product as it's far too bland. Texture is too soft when cooked. As there is isn't any choice of Vegan or Veg mince on the market, apart from horrid tasting soya mince, us the customers go for this product but although it looks like meat mince it does not perform well at all in any dishes.
