Barbecue - From Defrost. Remove all packaging, place on a plate, cover with film and defrost in a refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Preheat BBQ to a high temperature and then ensure you cook the product until piping hot all the way through.; Oven cook - From Frozen. For best results cook from frozen. 210°C (Fan 190°C) for 18 mins. Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook until piping hot.

Meal Suggestion
Tandoori Chicken Skewers with Lentil Dahl
- Fry a white onion lightly in oil until soft.
- Add a tablespoon of madras curry paste and a teaspoon of a mango chutney - stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add a can of green lentils, a teaspoon of tomato puree & a can of coconut milk.
- Simmer for 15 minutes on a low heat until sauce is reduced and thickened.
- Serve with tandoori chicken skewers.
