Cooking Guidelines
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before consuming. For best cooking result grill or fry.
Make sure the product is piping hot before serving.; Grill - From Chilled. Set temperature to a medium heat and grill for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Shallow fry over a medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Different but tasty
For me these have been a different tasting experience for sausages but in a good way. You can definitely taste the lemon and honey but still feels meaty. I personally don't use sauce or gravy with these particular sausages, as I don't think they need it, but they work well with wedges and Mediterranean veggies for a meal, or just on a buttered roll for breakfast
awful item.
Really looked forward to enjoying these sausages. Unfortunately- I found them to be tough skinned, grizzly and tasteless. A real disappointment. I have had better from Richmond.
Uneatable sausages
These sausages are uneatable the skin on them are runner
Nice sausages
Sausage and mash, toad in the hole, whatever you fancy, these are nice sausages.
What happened?
I've bought these sausages a few times without issue, but the last batch? What happened? The sausage skins were so thick, I couldn't bite into them and even when cut into bite-sized pieces, they were still tough to chew. :(
Lovely
I was very surprised at how lovely these sausages were. I stopped buying sausages because I was always dropping on gristly ones. Completely puts me off. After reading the reviews, I decided to give these a try. I've bought and used 2 packets now, and not one had any gristle.
