Plenty of rich black-cherry flavour, with coffee and tobacco on the nose and hints of dried figs and prunes. Reminiscent of Port but with a dry, complex palate supported by elegant structure and perfectly integrated tannins, the powerful ripe fruit is delightfully balanced. Enjoy at 18°C with red meats, richly-flavoured foods and strong cheeses.

Didnt like it
Im no wine connoisseur, but I drink a lot of it and I know what I like. I did not like this wine. Deffo not worth the price. I poured half the bottle away.
Offer price should be the final price
I loved it, but don't think I would pay £8.50 for it. The wine is well balanced for a blend of different grapes and vintages. Subtle and nuanced flavours but relatively light and very drinkable. It's a style I really like. Was surprised it was NV as I suspect they will have difficulty reproducing it every year.
This is not in any way a table wine, it is just far too sweet. I would suggest pairing it with dark chocolate as it is just so sweet and raisiny.
Excellent wine for the price
This is my little secret. Smooth and quality taste. Could beat those at 4x the price! psssst! Don't tell too many people!
Excellent non vintage wine
I was lucky enough to buy a few bottles of this wine a couple of months ago when it was on special offer. Had one a couple of days ago. Soft and fruity with good colour. I now know what to expect when I decide to drink another of the remaining bottles. Will have to remember to buy a couple more.
One of the best.
It's a good red wine to drink straight as soon as you open the bottle. With or without food
