Blueberry Smoothie (Serves 1)
70g blueberries
70g banana
1 date
1 tbsp nut butter
200ml almond milk

1. Add ingredients to your blender
2. Add approximately 200ml of almond milk
3. Blend to your desired consistency

Blueberry Porridge (Serves 1)
40g oats
250ml coconut milk
1 tbsp nut butter
50g blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup

1. Gently cook oats and coconut milk in pan
2. Once ready, stir through nut butter and blueberries
3. Add maple syrup and your choice of toppings
