Oust All Purpose Descaler Sachet 25ml
DANGER: Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Corrosive to the respiratory tract. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Wear protective gloves/ eye protection. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water [or shower]. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call a POISON CENTRE or doctor/ physician. Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with national regulation.

the best
the is the best product I've used in along time. l tried it on an old kettle not been used in years b4 l tried it on my new one,it was brilliant, highly recommended.
cheaper than vinegar
does the job exactly as described and cheaper than the traditional method of filling the kettle with 50/50 vinegar/water.
Kettle like new
We live in a hard water area and this stuff has worked wonders on our kettle! Use in coffee machine too.
Had to use 3 sachets for the kettle
Would not recommend it. I tried it with one sachet first. After 10 mins, I hardly saw any descaling. So added another sachet in it. Waited for a further 10 mins. Then rinsed etc. Even then some residue was left behind. Then added the 3rd sachet. Even then it was only 85-90% clean.
Works very well
This lives up to its description and works very well indeed. I tried it on an old kettle first out of curiosity really and it did a very good job with it, the same when I tried it on my normal kettle too. I do tend to rinse things out at least 3 or 4 times however instead of twice but that could well be me. This is one of the best versions of this product if not the best.
Best Ever
I buy these a couple of times a year and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. If scale persists after water has gone cold just heat up water again to below boiling point, turn off, and oust will get rid of the rest. Can't fault it.
