You will need
75g Melted butter or 75g Vegetable oil
75ml Water
1x Medium egg

Equipment:
8 x 8 inch lined brownie tray
Electric hand whisk

Top tip!
Prefer your brownies fudgy?
Bake for 22 minutes.
Prefer your brownies more cakey?
Bake for 26 minutes.
Exceedingly good either way!

Instructions
Heat
Preheat the oven to 190℃/170℃ Fan/Gas mark 5.
Whisk
Tip the Mr Kipling Signature Triple Chocolate Brownie mix into a bowl and pour in the melted butter or oil, egg & water. Using a hand held electric whisk, mix for 1 minute 30 seconds on a medium speed until well combined.
Bake
Pour into the prepared tray and level with a spoon, bake for 22 - 26 minutes until crisp on the top but with a moist, chocolatey centre.
Enjoy
Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
