Preparation and Usage
Just Add:
1 medium egg
60ml of milk
60g of butter
Willpower (so you don't eat them all at once!)

A whisk (electric is best, but a hand whisk will do)
A cupcake tray
A wire cooling rack

How To Make Perfect Cupcakes
Cooking appliances vary. These introductions are given as a guide.
1. Set your oven to 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 and leave it to warm up.
2. Place your cupcake cases into a cupcake tray, ready to fill.
3. Now, empty the cupcake mix into a mixing bowl and add the eggs and milk.
4. Whisk the mixture together until it's combined and smooth. This should take about a minute with an electric whisk.
5. Next, spoon the mixture into the cases, dividing it as equally as you can.
6. Place the tray in the centre of your oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until your cakes are risen and springy.
7. When they're ready, take your cupcakes out of the oven and leave them to cool on a wire rack.
8. Now, mix the softened butter with the icing sachet until smooth and creamy.
9. Spread onto the cooled cupcakes and decorate with the sugar sprinkles.
10. Then just try not to eat them all at once!

Top Tip:
Not sure if your cupcakes are cooked? Lightly press on the top of one - if it springs back into shape, it's ready. If not, give them a little bit longer.
