Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir well and serve with the sweet potato pieces.

Cat D 750w, 4 min; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and peel back the film over the sweet potato pieces. Remove the sweet potato pieces and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Microwave heat sauce and rice. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve sweet potato pieces with the sauce and rice.
