Fresh class A British turkey breast, wrapped in a Beechwood smoked streaky bacon with added water and a pork, sage and onion stuffing.

How to cook


Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure tha the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Not suitable for microwave cooking.


OVEN FROM CHILLED
Oven - 200 C
Fan - 180 C
Gas - 6


1hr 40 mins


Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove film lid. Loosely cover the tray with foil, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove the foil, baste and return to the oven for a further 40 minutes to allow the bacon to brown. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest 15 minutes before carving.
