Recipes

Lasagne - Pre-heat oven at Gas Mark 5/190ºC/375ºF. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add 450g minced beef and gently brown on a medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Drain the excess fat from the mince beef, then mix in a jar of Morrisons red lasagne sauce. Place half of the mince beef mixture into an ovenproof dish (18 x 25 x 5.5cm). Add a layer of Morrisons lasagne sheets. Then add a layer of Morrisons white lasagne sauce. Repeat with another layer of each. Place the lasagne in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 45-55 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add 80g of grated cheese, then return to oven. Check food is piping hot before serving and that lasagne sheets are cooked. These are guidelines only.
