Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear.
To carve: Cut trussing bands with a pair of scissors and remove. Slice turkey parcel in half through the middle and portion each half into either 3 or 4 portions as required.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 3 hour 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove parcel from box and bag, leave in foil tray, set aside the sauce sachet. Place the foil tray on a baking tray. Cover loosely with foil and cook for 3 hours on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove the foil and baste with juices, cook for a further 40 minutes. Remove from oven 10 minutes before the end of cooking time and remove excess juices from the foil tray, pour the contents of the sachet over the joint and return to the oven. Once cooked, remove from oven and cover loosely with foil and leave the joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 2 hour 20 min
