200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging including glaze sachet. Wrap the joint loosely in foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Open foil and carefully pour the sachet of glaze over salmon joint. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.
