Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove lobster tails from all packaging and place on a deep plate. Defrost at room temperature. Remove lobster tails from all packaging and place on a deep plate for 3-3 1/2 hours, refrigerate once defrosted and cook within 24 hours. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, place lobster tails into a pan of boiling water. Cook for 8-9 minutes, reduce heat if necessary (ensure pan does not boil dry). Place on chopping board and carefully cut down the centre of the tail.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 180°C, 350°F, Gas 6 25-28 Minutes.
Pre-heat oven temperature indicated. Cut the lobster tails down the back with a sharp pair of scissors. Place on a backing tray near the middle of the oven for time stated, ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cut the lobster tails down the back with a sharp pair of scissors. Crack open and remove the meat from the shell. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, fry the lobster for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure an even cook.
