How to serve
How to make the perfect cuppa...
Place one rounded teaspoon of tea per person in a warmed tea pot. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to brew for at least three minutes, or until it's as strong as you like it. Pour through a tea strainer to remove the leaves. Add milk and sugar last to get the colour and taste just right.
