Creamy, complex with a good depth of flavour this cheese is perfect in a sauce for steak or in a sandwich with finely grated apple and thinly sliced pork. i have never liked blue cheese so at 72 i found this a fantastic strong cheese which i love i highly recommend it. But it is over priced for the size. hence four stars
Creamy mild blue cheese.
Not normally a fan of blue cheese as I tend to find them overpowering but this was very creamy and just the right strength. Will be a regular on the shopping list now.

This is everything I want from blue cheese. creamy with rich blue veins and a little crunch. The best part though is that there is no hard rind, the edge is still perfectly soft and completely covered in delicious blue mold! This one will be featuring in my life from now on.
So good I wanted to eat it all in one sitting. Highly recommend buying and enjoying.
