How to serve
To make the perfect cup of tea...
First fill the kettle with fresh water and boil. Place tea bag in cup and pour on freshly boiled water, leave to brew for 3 minutes or to suit taste. Alternatively, if using a tea pot add one bag per person and 'one for the pot'. Pour on freshly boiled water and leave to brew for 3-4 minutes. Serve with milk or without milk and add a slice of lemon.
