Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w), stirring halfway. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.
