Place card tray directly into the microwave and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 3 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Remove card tray from carton. Place card tray onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
