Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook from chilled. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and under a medium-hot pre-heated grill for 17-20 minutes. Turn occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
