watery boiled bacon
so much brine in it that it boils in the pan. very thin slices.. impossible to separate. breaks apart on pan. this isn't a premium product. very very poor

Really tasty bacon - not too thick which is just how I like it. Perfect with pancakes & eggs
waste of money
Bought this bacon as best Wiltshire but its standard is really poor. Cut wafer thin and cured by injecting large amounts of brine into it. This increases the weight, so you are buying a high percentage of salted water. So much water in fact you end up boiling it. If it doesnt cook in its own fat to impart flavours all you get is salty cardboard..will never buy this from Morrisons again.
Considering that this is in 'The Best' range, the rashers were surprisingly thin, so much so that they rip as you're separating them. Also, they are full of water so you end up with not much bacon per sandwich. I won't be buying again.
Bought this bacon as I thought it would be a bit nicer than the standard Morrisons own, it let off a horrible smell when cooking and was very fatty! Would not recommend.
