Grill - From Defrost. For best results cook from defrost.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove chops from all packaging and place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Cook for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally. Reduce heat if necessary. All appliances vary, the above is a guideline only. Ensure chops are fully cooked throughout before serving.
