cap must be thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat.
Preheat 1tsp (5ml) of vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Add 500g sliced chicken breast (approximately 1cm thick by 4cm length) and fry for 5 minutes over a medium heat until browned off. Sprinkle the spice mix over the meat and mix in for 1 minute. Add the full jar of sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes over a medium heat. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and shred with two forks and return back to the pan.
