Preheat 1tsp (5ml) of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add 500g sliced beef strips (approximately 1cm thick by 4cm length) and fry for 5 minutes until browned off. Sprinkle the spice mix over the meat and mix in for 1 minute. Add the full jar of sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes over a medium heat.
