Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled.

Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 3 minutes (900w), 3 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w, 800w). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Break seal of container and remove lid. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 40 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil and stir well. If heating from frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating and follow guidelines from chilled.
