Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes (900W), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 4 minutes (900W, 800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (900W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 2 minutes (900W, 800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking temperature by 20°C. Break seal of container and remove lid. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil and stir well. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating and follow guidelines from chilled.
