200ºC, 400ºF, Gas 6 35 mins
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging, place sauce sachet aside for later use. Empty contents of meat pouch on to a baking tray, discarding any juices. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the sachet of sauce over the ribs. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.
