Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging, empty contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven turning shank halfway through cooking. Stir sauce before serving.
When removing the foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.

So much sugar!
Would give this zero stars if I could. It was like eating lamb in a not very nice sickly caramel sauce. I can buy a similar product with half the amount of sugar at my two nearest supermarkets (actually checked as wanted to leave a fair review. Sugars per pack (12.1g) - why?! :(
