Remove outer packaging. Pierce the pouch several times and place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 7 minutes (Cat E/850W), 8 minutes (Cat D/750W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Carefully cut along the top of the pouch, as steam will escape. Remove shank from pouch and stir gravy thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat as shown. Remove all packaging. Transfer the contents of the pouch onto an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes, stirring the gravy half way through cooking.

I honestly didnt think this will be as tasty as it was !!!
These shank are lovely. They are so tasty and tender and cook beautifully.
Plenty of meat in a delicious rich gravy (although a bit more of this would be even better!). Cooks to perfection in the advised 40 minutes.
