Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place sachet to one side. Empty contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover loosely with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes. Remove dish from oven, discard foil and any cooking juices. Cover the meat with the glaze. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.

I bought these a couple of weeks back, as I hadn't bought any gammon over the Christmas as it was too expensive but this was quite reasonably priced so thought I'd give it a go. I read the reviews before buying so decided against using the cola glaze, but even without that it had a weird taste. It wasn't for us, wouldn't buy again & wouldn't recommend to anyone else either
Not for us
Read reviews so did not use the sachet of sauce. The meat had an unpleasant chemical taste. It might have been overuse of cloves and cinnamon. Was not about to throw out expensive meat so we ate it and it did taste better when eaten along with veg and potatoes but would not recommend and would not buy again.

Meat Ok but Coke reduction was so sweet it spoilt it.
