Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Empty contents of bag into an ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, discard any juices and shred pork by pulling apart with two forks. Pour the sachet over meat and mix until evenly coated. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Come on guys this is a joke , one portion would do a child , two would just about do an adult .
