Remove outer packaging and set sachet of sauce to one side. Place meat pouch onto microwavable plate and pierce several times. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850W), 7 minutes (Cat D/750W). Carefully open the pouch with scissors, as steam will escape. Discard the meat juices. With two forks, shred the meat. Drizzle the sauce over the meat and stir thoroughly. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes (Cat D/750W).; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6 35 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and set sachet of sauce to one side. Remove the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, discard cooking juices and shred the meat using two forks. Drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the shredded pork and stir thoroughly. Return to the oven uncovered for a further 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

I can't recommend this as it isn't Pulled Pork. It's a marinaded lump of pork which you have to cook and then shred yourself. If I had wanted that I would have used fresh pork. I expected a packet of ready cooked pork that was already "pulled" into shreds and as a disabled person a degree of convenience is very important to me. I would not have bought this if the online description had been more accurate.
