Remove packaging. Place meat pouch onto a microwavable dish and pierce several times. Microwave on full power for 6 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 7 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Shake pouch gently half way through cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C 400°F Gas 6 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenable dish and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, stir gravy thoroughly, serve and enjoy.

Meat very tender and gravy lovely, well worth a try.
small ,but tasty
The meat is small and a little over priced ,but the taste is very nice ,the meat is very tender ,and red wine gravy is also is lovely too .. would recommend buying an extra one if there is 3 of you .so at least you have enough meat to go round . I would buy this again .
