Add 400g of frozen sliced green cabbage in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer until tender. Drain and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 6 min, Cat D 750w 6 min 30 sec
Place 160g of frozen sliced green cabbage in a microwavable bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and heat. Stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Steam - From Frozen. 15 min
Bring steamer to the boil and add 240g of frozen sliced green cabbage. Steam until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
